	January 9, 2007 I received in the mail sometime ago a postcard from Keith Young. I thought at the time it was an interesting idea and held on to it. How delighted I am that I did so! My husband has Alzheimers with some symtoms in the third stage. I needed to sell the house and the thought of it on the market for a long time and people coming in and out was something I could not endure. Hence, my call to Keith. He was not only knowledgeable about marketing but kind and understanding of my situation. He came by the house last Friday to survey the property.
